Summer is almost over

Eliza has taken to saying "Cheese" when a picture is taken. I also love her hair flaps. :)

"Excuse me sir, do you have any gray poupon?"

Eliza learning to stack with Daddy. She really enjoyed knocking them down after they were in a tower.

Grandma Jamie gave us this gear set, the boys set it up one day and made the monkeys fly in all directions. :)

My first attempt as sewing with my new sewing machine. I made towel bibs for my cousins having babies this year. The boys have asked to be bats this year, so I best get to the fabric store.

The driveway is getting a little crowded now a days.

Evan helped me harvest our cucumbers. I was able to make 4 pints of pickles so far. Might get another two.

Bubble fun!

I made cream puffs this month for the first time. Evan is getting to enjoy them before anyone else.

Eliza gets driven around by the boys. They take turns driving her around the cul-de-sac. A few times she's crawled into the drivers seat and tried to do it herself. She can just barely reach the pedal.

She loves it.

We also got to the zoo for the first time in over a year.

As you can see from the pools of water in the back ground we got rained out. We made the best of it, but we were all wet by the time we got back to the car.

Evan was dripping and had to be stripped when we got the car because he had to splash in EVERY puddle.

Everybody in!

The boys really want to take a ride in Uncle Geoff's Jeep before he puts the top on.

More veggies from the garden.

This is my grandma feeling my cousin Heidi's belly, the baby was kicking, at my other cousins baby shower. Heidi is due... or perhaps over due by now. It was a sweet moment to catch.

Ready for church

Eliza and Evan playing with Jack (George) in the box before church.

Alex's creation

May my lap never be empty, even if I can't read my hymnal.

Eliza loves putting on her brothers shoes and walking around in them. All the time she's putting on shoes.

Eliza loves books just like Alex. She'll just plunk down and read/look through books.

Found this cute hat at Meijer one week.

Everyone enjoying Grandpa at swim class. Probably the last picture of swim class for a while. Alex won't be swimming once school starts.

Eliza playing in the giant bin with Evan's kitty

Cool hair in the shower for Evan. I really need to give the kids hair cuts. :)

Eliza and Evan trapped Alex in the bin.

These two loves pickles just like their daddy.

Huge donut for Eliza. She just wanted the cream in the inside, she got so messy.

Date night with just the boys. First a movie, Incredibles 2

Then dinner

And a small walk downtown Royal Oak

Oma read to the boys before she left to go home. She's such a great Oma.

Eliza and Alex climbing on the rock in the front yard.

Alex after bath crazy hair.

We had some batting practice this month with the boys

Evan can now ride the big wheel and the bike. We had to get another big wheel because the boys had worn the front tire of the one we have flat in two spots.

Eliza still puts most things in her mouth

Alex is still really good at hitting the ball

With some guidance Evan was doing really well at the end as well.

Eliza really wants to start riding everything the boys are riding.

Ready for bed and big smiles

They sure do love their sister

Love this little guy

Daddy getting some fun time with Eliza and Evan while I took Alex to swim class.

Daddy..... don't take my picture

Eliza is not the neatest eater. She got applesauce EVERYWHERE.  A beard of applesauce, and fingers of applesauce. She was so sticky.

As with the other children, she loves hiding in daddy's shirts.

The kids and I visited with my friends mother, Sara Cash. It was good to see her and she really enjoyed meeting the kids.

Keeping Busy is our middle name

We joined some friends for bowling, turns out the boys really enjoy it. Evan is already perfecting his form. Eliza tries really hard to get ...
