Alex has really taken to stacking these blocks. Granted he might have had a little help from Daddy, but impressive none the less.
Alex realized today that he had a window in his box fort. He can fit almost his whole head out of the window.
He's looking for a bowl cut... but I'm not going to do it. :) Just a note that he was wearing a long sleeve shirt in July, granted it was super cute and his cousin Maggie gave it to him... but honestly... it's July!!
While away the boys will play. Mike made a happy face out of cheerios and Alex LOVED it.
Practicing 911 at the park on the big phone.
There is my crazy bowl head baby/toddler. What a goofy kid.
Daddy and Alex playing with the water table.
Alex got cold after playing in the water so I got him down to his diaper and he was just watching Link in the grass.
I have a feeling I'm going to see this look a lot when he gets older. The "Oh Mom, really? Can't I just do it after XYZ?"
Alex watching Daddy get a hair cut. Mike attempted to get Alex on the chopping block, but thankfully she had another customer come in. The curls are saved for another day.
Alex practicing swimming at his 15 month check up, while destroying the paper cover for the table. He did well at his appointment. His head size is still large... his height is just a little above average, and he is still riding the lowest weight line you can for the 3rd percentile. He got two shots and was a trooper through them.
The doctor recommended giving Alex PediaSure to get him his extra nutrients... and he seems to like it. He even has a milk mustache.
Alex swinging with the Wades.
Alex and Daddy sharing a laugh after work.
Alex showing off his cute bear pj's that his Grandma Jamie got for him.
Alex has taken to jumping in the fridge while I am getting things out. He finds it quite fun to grab anything glass he can find, and refuses to get out until he has something to take with him.
Alex showing off his sunglasses.
I've begun letting Alex feed himself with a spoon. I don't think he likes it very much, but he does try it for a while. He got some on the spoon and in his mouth the first time!
Two peas in a pod at Red Robin.
On Aug. 6th you could get a free float at A&W so we went and Alex had his first taste of a root beer float. He seemed to like it, but didn't want much, which was ok with me.
The kids watching the people mow the lawn across the street.
Alex really likes his lawn mower we got him. Every time he goes into the garage he grabs it and starts to walk out.
Him putting his lawn mower away after a hard days work.
Perhaps the bowl on Alexander's head is actually an astronaut helmet - or explorer's hat???
ReplyDeleteJust a suggestion on the fridge - maybe move the breakables up on a higher shelf? We have the same problem with our pups, especially Gracie. She loves to grab the cheese, butter - anything dairy.
