We finally took Alex's baby car seat out of Mike's car. Alex had to jump into it and give it a final test drive. As you can see with his head over the top and his feet over the end, he wasn't going to fit in it for very much longer.
Now you see me.....
Now you don't. :)
I'm not really sure they are related. ;-)
Alex has really taken off on feeding himself. He really likes to feed himself oatmeal with a spoon, and anything he can stab with a fork he will. He's getting pretty good I must say.
This is Alex's new winter hat. It even has a tail. He get's compliments every where we go.
So one morning it was taking me a bit longer to get downstairs. I come around the corner to this image. Alex had opened my computer, got it to turn on, and had a folder open and he was trying to get to watch a video. Kids and technology I tell ya.
I was shoveling snow one day and Alex didn't have any gloves yet, so I looked down and his hands were all red. So I took off my gloves and put them on him... he loved it.
Alex playing on some cars in the mall.
They even had a tractor.
This is my little taco man when he gets out of the shower. All bundled up.
Here Alex is with his two second cousins. Everett (middle) is 2.5 months younger, and Patrick (right) is 3 months younger than Everett.
James and Alex cuddling on the couch.
Alex playing dress up.
Alex is still grooving on the piano. He plays a bit on it just about every day.
Mike was up in the attic working on figuring out our electrical issue and Alex got into his tool bag and found these babies. Ah yeah... Eye protection.
Alex has been feeling a little sick the last few weeks. So he's been cuddling up with me on the couch and watching his cartoons.
I was getting new lenses in my glasses before the end of the year and while we were waiting I thought I might try some glasses on Alex. I think he'd look pretty cute.
Alex playing on his golf cart rocker.
Alex and Davey looking at the lobster at Mike's and his Mom's birthday gathering.
Alex in his Santa outfit. Pretty cute.
The outfit even goes with his PJ's under the Santa outfit. :)
Ever since my friend Kristi introduced Alex to smelling spices, every time we go to a restaurant Alex has to smell the pepper and salt. It's pretty cute, but with his runny nose it's been a little gross. We've also taught Alex how to blow his nose which has been really helpful with his cold the last few weeks.
